Our printing equipment is state of the art, high definition, dye sublimation suitable for long term professional use.  Our layouts are used  in casinos, casino night companies, custom game developers, and gambling enthusiasts all over the country.
Our professional felts are printed on 100% polyester gaming suede, developed specifically for the casino industry.  It offers a soft nap and comfortable playing surface designed to provide long lasting durability.  these high quality felts are water and stain resistant as well as fire retardant.
Return Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. We are proud to offer our 30 Day Return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in it's original unused condition within 30 days of the purchase for a full merchandise refund. Refunds will be returned to the original purchase payment method. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is not due to our error, the shipping cost will be at the customer's expense.
The only exception is any custom produced (personalized poker chips, custom gaming layouts) or special cut products (casino cloth, foam, etc). Factory "seconds" layouts are sold "as is" and are not eligible for return.
Just send any unused items back to us in original condition with the original packaging within 30 days of the order for a merchandise refund. The address to return the merchandise to is:
If you receive your item in broken condition we will file a shipping damage claim so we can send you a new item. If a shipping damage occurs please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Please also do not throw away the box your merchandise came in or your shipping damage claim will be terminated. The shipping company will need to inspect the box for damage. Thank
