    “Look Ma, No Wings”. A look back at the Balloon Club of America. Don Piccard (son of Jean Piccard) teamed with Tony Fairbanks and formed the first national balloon organization in the United States. They used salvaged U.S. Army balloons from the War Assets Administration.
    The author gives an account of the clubs launching and flying an army balloon near Swarthmore Pa.
