MAKER : The name of painter is Insho Domoto(1891-1975).
He is the very very famous greatest Japanese painter. There is his signature. This is the original which he himself drew.  I guarantee it.
ABOUT WORK
This is very good painting of a crane on the pine tree. It's tasteful. Such style is just Insho's work. It is never imitation. Of course, this is hand-drawn work. This is the high-class plate made by great painter.
