This Vintage 25th Anniversary Kodak Albuquerque International Balloon Fiestas Hat is new and made right here in USA.  The visor has light color streaks, but it feels smooth and not rough, so it is not from scraping.  It may have been manufactured this way deliberately or by accident.  The fabric is made from denim cotton and the adjusting strap is made from fine leather.  Please review all the photos.  They provide additional information and help you make a more informed decision.
